Any attempt to file a chargeback will be considered fraudulent and a violation of these Terms.

6. Legal Action for Chargebacks

If a client initiates a chargeback or payment dispute:

AIPC Law reserves the right to pursue legal action for recovery of the full amount owed.
The client will be responsible for all legal fees, collection costs, penalties, and damages associated with the dispute.
We may forward the matter to collections agencies and relevant authorities.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information and documents.
Respond promptly to communication and requests.
Review all filings and documents before approval.
Understand that delays caused by you may impact results or deadlines.

8. Results Not Guaranteed

AIPC Law does not guarantee any specific outcome, approval, or decision from government agencies, courts, or third-party platforms.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, text, graphics, logos, and materials are the property of AIPC Law and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality of your information in accordance with professional standards, except where required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

AIPC Law is not liable for:

12. Termination of Services
